Hello! We're Synthe6 - a group of 6 musicians from 5 different nationalities united by the aim to showcase the beauty of unity in diversity that transcends cultural borders through the music we perform.
We began as music students enrolled in the chamber music module at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music (YST), Singapore, in 2020. What followed was a journey filled with coachings, masterclasses with internationally-renowned ensembles including DECODA and the Calefax Reed Quintet, and plenty of concerts in Singapore till the very last note we played together in 2022. As a group we were selected to represent the YST Conservatory of Music at the prestigious Musical Chairs Music Festival 2022 at the Schulich School of Music in Montreal, Canada.
2 years later, now as professional musicians we are thrilled to reunite once again to continue our musical pursuit.
