Orchestral / Instrumental Programme


The programme runs from 3 to 11 June 2025.

The festival provides a wide range of opportunities to develop comprehensive musical abilities for:

Strings: Violin, viola, cello, double bass
Woodwind: Flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon
Brass: Trumpet, French horn, trombone
Percussion

The activities included in the instrumental programme are:
1-on-1 instrumental lessons

Every active participant receives 2 x 60-minute lessons with an artist faculty member to enhance his/her skill on his/her instrument. You are encouraged to present your own materials (studies, concertos, etudes).

Studio classes or masterclasses

Focus on a particular instrument, as the faculty guides the participants through solo repertoire or orchestral excerpts. You are encouraged to present your own materials (studies, concertos, etudes).

Orchestra repertoire classes

Prepare students to perform in a professional orchestral section by learning common repertoire in a group setting with the goal of achieving the highest professional level.

Mock auditions

Emulate real auditions with a screen setting, gaining insight into audition preparation while being assessed against professional standards.

Orchestra rehearsals

Rehearse with the artist faculty in preparation for the Closing Gala and Tour.
