Prior to each event, your attention to detail will shine as you help prepare the venue by stocking programme books and ensuring entry points are set up correctly. By attending pre-event meetings with front-of-house staff, you will gain a thorough understanding of each event's programme and procedures. With an outgoing demeanour and strong customer service skills, you will help to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
