Applications are open to musicians of any age and at any stage of their career. There is no application or audition fee.

How to Apply
Follow these five steps to complete your application.

Review audition requirements
Review the audition excerpts and all application requirements before recording.

Prepare and record your audition
Practice your excerpts and record them according to the recording guidelines below.

Upload your audition video and materials
Upload your video to YouTube as an Unlisted video, then prepare the link and any other required materials.

Complete the application form
Enter accurate details and submit your complete application by 13 February 2027.

After submitting
Watch for an email confirmation from admin@rondoproduction.my. Outcomes and seating placement will be announced in March 2027.
Audition Excerpts
Select your instrument to access the audition excerpts.
Recording Guidelines
- Perform all excerpts in one continuous take, in the listed order, without accompaniment.
- Submit a video recording only; audio-only submissions will not be accepted.
- Record your audition on or after 18 October 2026. Earlier recordings will not be accepted.
- Submit an unedited, original recording. Video or audio editing, enhancement, and any use of artificial intelligence (AI) are strictly prohibited.
- Use .mp4 or .mov format, with a minimum resolution of 1920 × 1080 (Full HD).
- Record in a quiet, well-lit environment with minimal background noise or distractions.
- Dress appropriately. Shorts, singlets, slippers, pyjamas and other overly casual attire are not permitted.
- Upload your recording to YouTube as an Unlisted video and submit the link.
- Retain your original video file until audition results are announced.
Important: Recordings that do not meet these requirements may be disqualified.
Before You Submit
- Ensure your video recording meets all requirements.
- Watch and listen to the complete recording before submission.
- Allow sufficient time to upload large files; upload times vary with your internet connection.
- Submit early. Incomplete applications will not be accepted after the deadline.
After You Submit
You will receive an email confirmation. Please ensure you can receive messages from admin@rondoproduction.my, and check your spam or junk folder if necessary. Results and seating placement will be announced in March 2027.
